Ford leads you to Toyota with a new hybrid

When it comes to hybrid cars, Toyota has been the big dog on the block with the Prius incredibly successful. As difficult as it may be to believe, Ford came up with something better-the Ford Fusion Hybrid.

Although gas prices have fallen in these dire economic times, there are few people who believe that they don't rebound when the economy turns around. When prices rising again, hybrids will be popular again. Although Toyota has dominated this market for years, buyers will return him to find a brand familiar actually offering the best hybrid car on the market-Ford.

In recent years, Ford has done much to repair your business model. New and interesting cars have left the Assembly line. The days of "FORD" standing for "fix or repair daily" also passed as quality has risen to levels found in foreign cars. All this being said, Ford was still known to create cars that thought that the gas was so readily available and inexpensive as air. F-150 truck for the Mustang thirsty, it was simply the way that Ford did it.

Ford hybrids have always been a bit of a joke. The idea that one could create a hybrid SUV that have a whopping 20 miles to the galloon always seemed a little strange. The vehicle was not cost-effective, it just wasn't as bad as before. That barely made an offer that many consumers were looking for "green". Since the economy went into the tank, just thought I'd see much more of Ford for a while. Heck, even now many wonder if Ford will survive as a company running.

Ford will survive. The new management deserves admiration. Yes, the company is suffering now, but is so each manufacturer. Mighty Toyota is seeing sales drop 40% – more than Ford. Once this economic mess is overcome, Ford will surge.

The Ford Fusion Hybrid is a great car. Frankly, it's something you'd expect Honda or Toyota put out. Having ridden in one, I can say that the biggest difference is that the car feels like a car. If you have already mounted on or driven a Prius, you'll know what I mean. The Prius is a great car, but there is always a slight feeling that you're on something that could collapse at any time. Fusion feels like a family sedan. If you were a non-hybrid fusion, you would be hard pressed to notice the difference except for the absence of noise when the engine is off.

If you are considering a hybrid, not only driving the Toyota dealership. Do some reading about the Ford Fusion Hybrid. Go give it a test drive at the end of March when it will launch on all Ford dealers. The car is so impressive that it might just be the ticket to the Ford of this mess.
