Ford and new security technology

Ford Motors is not only create the latest hybrid vehicles, but they are also working with the best security features for these vehicles. There is a new array of collisions "active" technologies that will be introduced this year by driving prototypes in large balloons shaped car to help customers avoid real casualties. Engineers of the Dearborn Development Center use these balloons to test the new adaptive cruise control and collision warning with brake support technology company. The consumer is demanding that any technology is created which can help avoid unexpected sudden hazards due to failure of cruise control or brake support failures. This is just a couple of many new security features that are being checked and corrected for consumers.

Ford Motors plans to introduce the system in 2010 Ford Taurus, available in the autumn of 2009, while Lincoln is announcing the new system will be offered in MKS 2010, adding a long list of flagship sedan from Lincoln technology available. One of the many new technologies is the active Park assist parallel which makes it easier for the consumer to the park without touching the steering wheel of the car. Along with the adaptive cruise control and collision warning with brake support to warn motorists of the potential risks in front of them and help them react earlier Ford Motors believes that this will improve sales to newer vehicles. Ford Motors is using radar to monitor the area in front of the vehicle, which should help to dramatically reduce the amount of accidents by careful driver.

The new security features developed by the Technology Division of Ford engines are things that other automakers will want to take a good look and maybe they will also install similar technologies in their vehicles. The idea is to save the consumer not only on mileage, but implement a vehicle that is not too expensive to repair. The high cost of repair is driving profitability down for insurance companies, but also put a dent in the pocket of the consumer. Nobody wants high repair bills on a vehicle because it is poorly constructed and by the implementation of safety technology this will cause consumers much friendlier when it comes to buying the newest hybrids. The Government takes a look at what "The Big Three" automakers are doing with the funds they need.
